The Support Process

  1. Go to www.albaforums.com and register there. Check the Server News section for the server your site(s) is on at www.albaforums.com to see if any maintenance or upgrades are being conducted on your server. Your server name was included in your welcome email. You can also check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) section in the forum to see if the answer lies there
  2. Check the Tutorials below to see if there is one which will explain how to resolve the issue you are having.
  3. Still having a problem? Submit a Help Desk ticket by logging in on the left with your account user name and pass and submit a ticket. One of our Support Crew will be happy to assist you
